Shipping policy

We ship Mondays and Tuesdays with 2nd-day delivery to ensure freshness. We chill the packages before shipment but the product will arrive at room temperature. Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival!

 

Orders placed after Tuesday will ship the following week.

 

Pick-up policy

Store pick-up is available during store hours Tuesday-Friday, 11AM to 8PM.  For larger orders, please give us two business days. 

Fresh pretzels available! Please specify a date and time of pickup in the comments. Otherwise the product will be frozen.
