Shipping policy

 

We ship Tuesdays with next day or 2nd-day delivery to ensure freshness. All pretzels are baked fresh that day.  Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival!

Orders placed after Tuesday 12pm will ship the following week.

 

Pick-up policy

Store pick-up is available during store hours.  For larger orders, please give us two business days to get your pretzels ready. 

Salted fresh pretzels are also available! Please specify a date and time of pickup in the comments. Otherwise the product will be frozen.
