Refund policy
We here at Blunt Pretzels pride ourselves on delivering delicious, high quality Bavarian pretzels. If you are unsatisfied with your pretzels for any reason, please contact us directly at info@bluntpretzels.com.
Unfortunately, pretzels are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All of our products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.
Returns:
For instances where product is defective, damaged or spoiled, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@bluntpretzels.com. Please reference your order number in the email. Photos of spoiled and/or damaged product must be sent as part of refund claim for review by Blunt Pretzels LLC.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product. Blunt Pretzels LLC is not responsible for spoilage due to user error. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
